C-B NATCOM’s exclusive computational fluid dynamics
(CFD) technology allows the burner design for each project to be
fully simulated during the design stages. This process yields an
engineered package that matches boiler furnace geometry to burner
flame configuration, thus reducing start-up time in the field by
eliminating unforeseen variables in the combustion process. This
allows us to optimize the size of our boilers and allows you to
spend less money.
Hate refractory front walls? So do we! With the C-B Natcom burner we
are able to offer a ZERO refractory front wall design. Less refractory
means lower NOx emissions!
The exclusive design of the C-B NATCOM burner allows for on-line adjustment
of the flame geometry from the burner front. This reduces time-consuming
and costly start-up & cool-down periods inherent with other manufacturer’s
burner designs, which require the firing spuds to be fine-tuned
from inside the furnace.
